BandUp provides AI-powered writing scoring and coaching across school writing and exam pathways including NAPLAN, scholarship/selective preparation, and senior pathways.

Scores and feedback are educational estimates and must not be treated as official exam or admissions outcomes.

• Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian, teacher, or tutor with lawful authority to use the service.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under the account.
• You must provide accurate information for yourself and linked student profiles.

Plan features, student limits, and billing cadence vary by product tier.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the selected monthly or annual schedule.

Prices are shown in AUD and may change over time.

Australian Consumer Law applies. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case.

• Do not misuse the service, reverse-engineer scoring workflows, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not represent BandUp outputs as official school, board, or admissions decisions.
• Do not share account access outside the intended account owner or organisation.

BandUp feedback is generated by AI systems and should be used as one educational input among others, including teacher judgment.

Students retain ownership of their submitted writing. By submitting content, you grant BandUp a limited licence to process it for scoring and feedback delivery.

BandUp platform assets, workflows, prompts, and software remain the intellectual property of BandUp.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, BandUp limits liability for service-related claims to the amount paid for the relevant service period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
